Standard Delivery and Processing
Our shipping and processing charges cover all expenses related to processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or via email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered by USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $10. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Rush Delivery and Processing
For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations within the contiguous 48 states. If we receive your order by 3:00 pm PST Monday-Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday-Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Rush service is not available for some items.
In-Home Delivery in 1-3 weeks
For your convenience, we're proud to offer a two-hour appointment window on all items marked with 
, for major metropolitan areas only. We've also expanded the number of cities that qualify for our 7-10 day In-Home Delivery (see below). For other metropolitan areas, your furniture will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. In-Home Delivery items will be delivered by appointment, placed in the room of your choice, assembled, and the packing materials will be removed. In-home assembly service is not available for headboard attachment to a metal frame.

Quick Ship
Our quick ship delivery means we can deliver furniture to many major cities (San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, Baltimore, Boston and Cromwell, CT) within 7-10 business days at no extra charge. Look for it on select items. A majority of our other products are delivered within five days of your order. These items can be tracked by calling 1-866-472-0500 or by using our online order tracker.
