Gift Cards
Our Gift Cards arrive within 7-10 days in a special gift package with our latest catalog. Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed in stores, online or by phone at 1.866.472.8336. Gift Cards are available in the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200 or $250.
Our Gift Cards ship free via first-class mail if you select standard U.S. Postal Service delivery. We can also ship by two-day service for an additional $6.50. Orders received by 3pm PST Monday–Thursday arrive in two business days; orders placed Friday–Sunday will arrive on Wednesday.

eGift Cards
Need to send a Gift Card even faster? Our eGift Cards can be delivered via email within hours of your purchase. Plus, you can choose from multiple designs or customize the card with your own photo or message.
eGift Cards are available in any dollar amount between $25–$250 and can be redeemed at any of our stores, online or by phone.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be used for making purchases at stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, by phone or online with PBteen®, Pottery Barn Kids®, Pottery Barn®, West Elm®, and Williams-Sonoma®. They may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account, unless required by law. PBteen does not accept responsibility for cards lost, damaged or stolen, or any unauthorized use of cards. Acceptance of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change at any time.
Gift Orders
Your gift orders receive special care. A personalized gift message can be included with any order at no charge.
PBteen's Exclusive Gift Wrap
For just $5.50 a package, gifts come wrapped in our exclusive peace sign kraft paper, with a peace sign gift tag and your personal message inside a PBteen envelope. Gift messages can be included with any order at no extra charge.
Some larger items and items sent directly from the manufacturer, cannot be gift-wrapped.
Each item in your shopping basket will be gift wrapped separately. Multiple quantities on the same line will be wrapped together if possible. If you wish to have multiple quantities of the same item wrapped individually please create separate orders for each item by repeating the checkout process or call 1.866.472.8336 for further assistance.
Shipping
Most items are shipped and should arrive within five business days of the date the order is received. In addition, we offer two-day Rush Delivery and Processing for $15 per address. See shipping for more information.
