Gift Envelopes

Give them the gift they want by sending a PBteen Gift Card. Our Gift Cards arrive via first-class mail in a special gift package that includes our latest catalog. Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed online or through our call center at 1.866.472.8336.

There is no shipping and processing charge for Gift Cards if you select standard U.S. Postal Service delivery. We can also ship by two-day service, which is available for an additional $6.50 (Orders received by 3PM (PST) Monday – Thursday arrive in two business days; orders placed Friday – Sunday arrive on Wednesday).

Gift Cards may be used for making purchases at stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, by phone or online with PBteen®, Pottery Barn Kids®, Pottery Barn®, West Elm®, Williams-Sonoma®, and Williams-Sonoma Home®. They may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account, unless required by law. PBteen does not accept responsibility for cards lost, damaged or stolen, or any unauthorized use of cards. Acceptance of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change at any time.

Your gift orders receive special care. A personalized gift message can be included with any order at no charge.

Gift Wrap

PBteen's Exclusive Gift Wrap

For just $4.25 a package, gifts come wrapped in our exclusive brown-and-white peace sign paper with a peace sign gift tag, plus your personal message inside a PBteen envelope. Gift messages can be included with any order at no extra charge.

Some larger items and items sent directly from the manufacturer, cannot be gift-wrapped.

Each item in your shopping basket will be gift wrapped separately. Multiple quantities on the same line will be wrapped together if possible. If you wish to have multiple quantities of the same item wrapped individually please create separate orders for each item by repeating the checkout process or call 1.866.472.8336 for further assistance.

Shipping

Most items are shipped and should arrive within five business days of the date the order is received. In addition, we offer two-day Rush Delivery and Processing for $15 per address. See shipping for more information.
