About Customer Comments

At PBteen, we're listening — and so are your fellow customers. Please take the opportunity to share your thoughts on our products and read the comments submitted by other customers.

Commenting on a product is easy:

  1. Step 1: Select the Item

    Go to any product page and click "Customer Comments." Then sign in with your email address and a nickname. Your email address will not appear with your comments; we request it for contact purposes if there are questions about your comments.

  2. Step 2: Comment on the Item

    Provide an overall rating from 1 to 5 for the item, and whether or not you recommend it to others. Then write your comments regarding its quality, performance and ease of use. Please be as specific as possible, detailing what you did or did not like about the product — and why.

  3. Step 3: Submit Your Comments

    Preview and approve your comments, then click "Submit." Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days before approved comments appear on the site.

    We appreciate your taking the time to comment on our products — and so will your fellow customers!

Comment Guidelines

As you write your comment, please focus on evaluating the product and your firsthand experience with it. Provide details on exactly what you liked or disliked about the product — and why.

If you'd like to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery or other customer service issues, please do not post them in a comment. Contact customer service directly to ensure a prompt response.
