Overview

Sink your feet into this shaggy wonder. This durable wool rug not only feels soft and cozy under your feet, it adds textural and visual interest to your room. Because it’s a natural fiber, wool also has the benefit of being warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Care of our flokati is simple: just vacuum to clean and shake to fluff. Hand woven in Greece from 100% New Zealand Drysdale wool. Use with our Rug Pad (sold separately). Imported.

COMPOSITION:
* Overall: 100% New Zealand Drysdale Wool
* Woven reverse made of wool and synthetic fiber

CONSTRUCTION:
* Deep, loose pile
* Hand woven in Greece
* Use of a rug pad is required (sold separately)

CARE:
* To clean, we recommend regularly shaking the Flokati to remove dust or dirt,
preferably shaking outdoors.
* To fluff, sparingly spray your rug with water and shake to fluff
* Lightly brush the Flokati wool strands starting from the center and working
outwards towards the rug edges.
* Air occasionally.
* Occasional rug cleaning from a professional rug cleaning company is
recommended. Do not dry clean.
* When vacuuming, only use the air attachment on a low-powered setting. Due
to the length of the shag on your Flokati, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a
beater brush at any time.
* Do not pull any loose threads. Use scissors to simply cut the ends if needed.
* Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage or fade your rug and harm
it’s backing.
* Rug will shed, shedding will decrease over time.
* Use of a rug pad is recommended (sold separately).
