• Each finish uses a combination of kiln-dried solid woods like pine and hardwoods, premium-quality engineered wood, veneers and medium density fiberboard for sustainability and integrity.
• The media base and bookcase Dark Espresso finish is crafted from solid spruce. Brushed Fog, Simply White and Weathered Black finishes are built from poplar wood.
• Media base is designed with 2 drawers and 2 narrow cubbies. It can also fit a flat screen up to 44" wide. Bookcase has 4 cubbies which fit our storage bins. 
• Cushy Loveseat is filled with comfy polyester foam and with an envelope slipcover.
• Ladder can be repositioned on side panel only, furniture is not connected to loft bed.
• Loft requires one full-sized mattress, do not use a box spring.
• Minimum ceiling height recommended 8'. Make sure you include ceiling fans or hanging fixtures when measuring.

UPS Front Door Delivery: 3-5 Business Days or Next Day Shipping

With Front Door Delivery, UPS can deliver most available items including select furniture and lighting within 3-5 business days. Gift wrapping and monogramming may take additional time.

Front Door shipping costs are based on your order total, visit our Shipping Information page for more details. We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on gift cards, pajamas, robes and select bedding.

For an additional fee, some products can be delivered next day depending on availability and destination within the contiguous 48 states. Orders received by 6pm (PT) Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 6pm (PT) through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

There are some restrictions for Next Day Delivery as well as for out of stock, personalized items or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Doorstep Delivery:

Doorstep Delivery is available for select items at a lower flat rate. With Doorstep Delivery you are responsible for bringing items into your home, assembly is not included. For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or with building concierge.

EASY RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.
