At PBteen, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. To help with holiday gift giving, we are extending our return policy between October 10, 2011 and December 24, 2011. If you or a recipient are not satisfied with a gift purchased during this time, it can be returned by January 29, 2012 for a refund of the merchandise value when accompanied by a gift receipt or the original receipt.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special–order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final–sale items which are identified by a U.S. price which ends in .99.
International Customers – Please note, all international orders must receive a return authorization from our call center and cannot be accepted in any of our retail stores. Please contact us immediately if you would like to return your item. Returns will be credited by our partner, FiftyOne, in the original currency used for purchase.
