Standard Delivery and Processing Charges
Note: Standard shipping and processing charges are applied for each delivery address on an order.
* Gift card only orders will have a rush charge of $6.50.
** The regular delivery and processing charges stated on the order form chart cover Parcel Post Delivery.
Note on P.O. box deliveries: Items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from our vendors cannot be sent to a P.O. box. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via U.S. Postal Service and delivery may take longer.
For an extra charge of $17.50 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 6 pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 6pm through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Next Day Delivery service is not available for some oversize items, gift cards, White Glove Delivery, out of stock items, items on backorder, personalized items or for items shipped directly from the manufacturer. In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
Items ordered over the Internet to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by our common carrier or Air Parcel Post and are subject to the same delivery charges described above, plus an additional $10. If you are interested in shipment by Parcel Post, please contact one of our Sales Representatives at 1.866.472.4001. We are now offering shipment of large furniture and oversized items to Maui, Oahu and the Island of Hawaii (there will be an additional surcharge of $350 per order). This surcharge is in addition to regular delivery charges, which are listed above. Certain heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
All international orders must have a ship-to destination outside of the United States. We cannot support customers with international billing addresses shipping to U.S. addresses.

White Glove Delivery
Items showing this symbol are delivered by our White Glove Delivery service. With White Glove Delivery, items are brought into your home, most are unpacked and assembled*, and the packaging is removed. White Glove delivery is only available in the contiguous 48 states.
*: Exceptions include outdoor patio structures and grills, marble or stone sink consoles, lighting, mirrors, rugs, headboards attached to a metal frame and any items requiring home installation. Please call Customer Service at 1.866.472.4001 for further delivery details.
Delivery is by appointment Tuesday – Saturday in most major metropolitan areas, with Monday delivery available in some areas. Service to outlying areas may be restricted based on geographic location. Our delivery service will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment timeframe.
Most upholstered items are Special Order and arrive in 6 to 8 weeks, depending on availability.
All non–upholstered items will arrive within 7 to 10 business days in most metropolitan areas.** For other areas, your furniture will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on availability.
