Morning Routine Essentials
How you wake up in the morning plays an important role in panning out the rest of your day. Before college I could easily sleep until 3 p.m., but I had to quickly learn to adjust my schedule in order to make my 8 a.m. classes. Waking up to tunes and getting organized for the day, has allowed me to fluidly move throughout a busy week stress-free.
