Troubleshooting
- If your charging bracelet is having power issues and no LED lights come on after you have charged your bracelet, you may need to reset the power button with the following instructions:
- Below the Micro-USB charging port there is another opening which the Apple Lightning connector closes into, this is where you will find the power reset button.
- Insert a paper clip or pin into the hole and push firmly.
- The LED lights will come on once the power button has been reset.
- Sizing Chart- we recommend you measure your wrist for accurate fit. Please allow a slight buffer in size for comfort.

UPS Front Door Delivery: 3-5 Business Days or Next Day Shipping
With Front Door Delivery, UPS can deliver most in-stock items including select furniture and lighting within 3-5 business days. Gift wrapping and personalization may take additional time.
Front Door shipping costs are based on your order total, visit our Shipping Information page for more pricing details. We are happy to offer free standard shipping on gift cards, pajamas, robes and select bedding.
For an additional fee, some products can be delivered next day depending on availability and destination within the contiguous 48 states. Orders received by 6pm (PT) Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 6pm (PT) through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
There are some restrictions for Next Day delivery as well as for out of stock, personalized items or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.
