HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED

  • 10" foam is made of supersoft memory foam with holes for air circulation.
  • High-density base foam for ultimate and long-lasting support.
  • High-density foam wall edge support to prevent sagging and soft edges.

  • Cooling gel memory foam shapes to your body to help maximize sleep comfort.
  • Unique supersoft memory foam is much softer than typical memory foam, especially on first touch.
  • Unique MDI-based formula ensures the foam will not harden in low temperatures.
  • The supersoft memory foam has a quicker recovery time than regular Memory foam while maintaining the same level of dense plushness.

Set-Up Instructions

  • Remove mattress, still packaged in plastic, from box and place on a flat surface.
  • Remove first layer of plastic with cutter. Unroll.
  • Use the provided Robin cutter to carefully remove the second layer of packaging, being careful to not cut mattress.
  • Allow mattress to breathe and expand to its full shape, without any bedding, for 72 hours . Initial odor may result when opened, and will dissipate during the breathing period.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • If the mattress gets stained, first try spot cleaning with a solution of cold water and a mild natural soap.
  • Allow to thoroughly air dry (out in the sun is best as this will also help disinfect and freshen).
  • Do not wring or twist the moisture out.
  • Do not machine wash any component of the mattress as this will likely lead to extreme shrinkage.

UPS Front Door Delivery: 3-5 Business Days or Next Day Shipping

With Front Door Delivery, UPS can deliver most available items including select furniture and lighting within 3-5 business days. Gift wrapping and monogramming may take additional time.

Front Door shipping costs are based on your order total, visit our Shipping Information page for more details. We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on gift cards, pajamas, robes and select bedding.

For an additional fee, some products can be delivered next day depending on availability and destination within the contiguous 48 states. Orders received by 6pm (PT) Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 6pm (PT) through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

There are some restrictions for Next Day Delivery as well as for out of stock, personalized items or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Doorstep Delivery:

Doorstep Delivery is available for select items at a lower flat rate. With Doorstep Delivery you are responsible for bringing items into your home, assembly is not included. For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or with building concierge.

Easy Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.

Williams Sonoma is compliant with California’s Retailer Take Back Program Legislation.

If you are having your mattress delivered, we will take back your old mattress and/or foundation at no additional cost.

  • All delivery or set-up fees for the products being delivered still apply.
  • For white glove delivery, the old mattress and/or foundation will be taken at delivery of your new mattress if pre-scheduled prior to delivery.
  • For parcel shipments, we are happy to pick up your old mattress and/or foundation.  Please call us to schedule a pickup within 30 days of the delivery of your new mattress.
  • Please note we may refuse to pick up the old mattress and/or foundation if it poses a health or safety risk.
