HOW IT'S CONSTRUCTED
- Plush beanbag inserts are filled with 50% recycled polystyrene content.
- Slipcover is made from 100% cotton twill.
- Recycled fill may contain a mix of dark and light beads within the insert. This is perfectly normal and safe.
DETAILS YOU'LL APPRECIATE
- Cotton twill slipcover is pre-washed in an enzyme stone wash for extra softness and a faded look.
- The zippers on the beanbag inserts have been sealed to protect the fill and ensure lasting quality.
- For best use, insert and slipcover seams should both run vertically; horizontal seams can make the bag appear flat.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- To clean, remove interior components.
- Wash slipcover in cold water by itself.
- Do not use bleach.
- We recommend removing keys on the zipper lock.
- Spot clean with damp white cloth, blot to remove excess water.
- Air dry.
- Do not wash or dry clean.
Instructions on how to fill your beanbag slipcover with the insert:
Note: This can be done by one person, but is easier with two!
- Unzip your Beanbag cover completely.
- Take your Beanbag Insert and place it on the floor (SMALL CIRCLE facing on the floor and Large circle Facing towards you).
- Take the cover and place the insert inside.
- Once the insert is inside the cover, you can shake it around until the insert fits completely inside.
- Close the zipper, turn the beanbag right side up, shake and fluff.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY + PROCESSING
For an extra charge of $26.00 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 6pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed on Friday after 6pm PT through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Next day delivery service is not available for out-of-stock items, personalized items or for items shipped directly from the vendor.

Eligible items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.

HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY
To help with your holiday gift giving, we're extending our return policy. Gifts purchased between October 29, 2018 and December 24, 2018 may be returned or exchanged through January 31, 2019 when accompanied by a gift receipt or original receipt. You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement using our online return service.
For assistance please contact Customer Service at 1.888.922.4119, 7 days a week, 5:00 am - 9:00 pm (PST). We cannot accept returns on final-sale items ending in .99, monogrammed items or items damaged through normal wear and tear. Made-to-Order furniture or rugs are not eligible for returns. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
